Happy Friday the 13th! Are you superstitious? Friday the 13th doesn’t scare me but there are a few rules I always try to follow all day everyday 
For example: not walking under a ladder or be careful not to break a mirror.

Hi all… I haven’t been here in a few weeks, but I thought I’d check in today. I have also started an additional blog called ChallengeEatRight.blogspot.com (I am challenging myself and others to eat completely right, whole foods and organic foods for a full 60 days… to see how good we can feel and also hopefully drop a few pounds.
