Most of the Characters you see on my blog designs come from iStockPhoto. You can search through hundreds of Illustrated Characters to find the perfect one that best suits you and/or your family.
How to search for an Illustrated Character:
First you need to visit iStockPhoto then in the search field enter something like mom, family, shopping, frames, women, writer, children and so on. Be sure to choose Illustrations where it says “All Fields”.
There are two options you can choose from for the iStock Character:
1. I can purchase the iStock Character for you with my account. You will have to pay me for the price of the Character. I will NOT be able to transfer this photo/file to you.
2. Or, you can purchase the Character and email me the file after you’ve downloaded it. This way you can keep the iStock Character and use it later if you need to. Making Changes to a Illustrated Photo:
I can change colors of an iStock photo such as hair, eye, clothing, and even skin color. See the example below:
How Credits Work:
iStock charges per credit and here is the breakdown:
6 credits = $9.75 ($1.63 per credit)
12 credits = $18.50 ($1.54 per credit)
26 credits = $39.50 ($1.52 per credit)
50 credits = $75.00 ($1.50 per credit)
